PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy defines what personal data is processed by Limited Liability Company “Lid” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) in connection with the operation of the website https://uffiliates.me (hereinafter referred to as the Site), for what purposes and on what grounds, to whom this data is disclosed, how it is protected, and what rights users have.
1.2. The Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law).
1.3. Information about the Operator: LLC “Lid”, INN 9710134975, OGRN 1247700475550, address: 117342, Moscow, inside the municipal district of Konkovo, Butlerova Street, house 17, room 286/4. The Operator is the owner of the Website and, using it, organizes partners’ participation in the Operator’s affiliate program and provides access to the partner’s personal account.
1.4. The Policy is published on the Website and is freely available; no registration or authorization is required to view it.
1.5. Registration on the Website and participation in the affiliate program are available only to adult, legally competent persons. The Operator does not collect personal data from persons under the age of eighteen.
2. Whose data and what data does the Operator process?
2.1. The Operator processes personal data:
– users of the Website — individuals who submitted a registration application and partners who registered a personal account;
– individuals who contacted the Operator via feedback forms, the chat on the Website, or using the contacts listed on the Website;
– recipients of the Operator’s informational and promotional messages..
The personal data of the Operator’s employees and representatives of counterparties is processed to the extent necessary to fulfil employment and civil law contracts and comply with legal requirements.
2.2. When registering and using a personal account, the Operator processes:
— name (including pseudonym, nickname);
— email address;
— phone number;
— account password — in a secure (hashed) form that prevents its recovery;
— traffic source (channel), messenger account, and preferred contact method — if the user has indicated them at their discretion; filling in these fields is not mandatory.
— the content of the user’s inquiries and correspondence with the Operator, including in the chat on the Website.
2.3. When visiting the Website, the following are automatically processed: IP address; cookies; information about the browser, device, and operating system; date and time of the visit; the address of the page from which the transition was made, and the transition parameters (including UTM tags and affiliate link identifiers); information about the user’s actions on the Website.
2.4. The operator does not process special categories of personal data (information about health status, nationality, political views, religious beliefs, and intimate life) and biometric personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. The operator processes personal data in order to:
— review the registration application and make a decision on access to the partner program;
— register the user, manage their personal account, and restore access to the account;
— to contact the user regarding the operation of the Website and participation in the affiliate program — via email, phone, and messengers — and to respond to their inquiries;
— to conclude and execute an agreement on participation in the affiliate program, to keep records of the partner’s performance, to carry out settlements, and to resolve disagreements;
— to verify the accuracy of the information provided, to detect and prevent fraudulent activities (duplicate accounts, fraudulent traffic), and to ensure the security of the Website;
— to send informational and promotional messages — subject to the user’s separate consent.
— to improve the operation of the Website and analyze its traffic;
— to fulfill the obligations stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The Operator processes only the data necessary for the listed purposes and does not process excessive data.
4. Legal grounds
4.1. The Operator processes personal data on the basis of: the user’s consent; a contract to which the user is a party (the terms of use of the Website and the rules for participation in the affiliate program); the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation; the legitimate interests of the Operator, provided that the user’s rights and freedoms are not violated.
4.2. The user gives consent during registration by checking the appropriate field in the form. The text of the consent is provided in the second part of this document. Consent to receive informational and promotional messages is given by a separate check; it is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of registering and using the Website.
5. Data transfer to third parties
5.1. The Operator does not sell personal data and does not disclose it to third parties, except in the cases specified below.
5.2. For the operation of the Website, the Operator engages contractors who process personal data on its behalf, to the extent necessary to provide services, and on the condition of confidentiality:
— a cloud infrastructure and backup storage provider;
— a web analytics service;
— an online consultant service (chat on the Website).
— a platform for tracking affiliate traffic and settlements with partners.
5.3. Personal data may be transferred to government agencies on a motivated basis.
