We inform Partners about the inadmissibility of attracting fraud and motivated traffic
1. The UFFILIATES affiliate network prohibits the use of any methods of cheating and attracting traffic by fraudulent means, including partners are prohibited from:
1.1. Performing target actions of the offer manually, including using anonymizers and special programs;
1.2. Performing target actions with the help of third parties as a result of a request, reward, fraud, misleading, as well as with the help of active advertising systems;
1.3. Initiating automatic actions of visitors using scripts, bots and any other means;
1.4. Misleading the target audience of advertising, namely using features/characteristics/promises of the product in advertising materials that do not correspond to the actual product of the Advertiser;
1.5. Use traffic sources and promotion methods prohibited by the offer (Advertiser);
1.6. Use any other types of traffic for the purpose of artificially boosting target actions, attracting an audience that is not interested in the product, deceiving Advertisers and the UFFILIATES affiliate program.
2. The UFFILIATES affiliate network administration has the right to:
2.1. In order to check the quality of the Partner’s traffic (both at the request of the Advertiser and according to the internal UFFILIATES anti-fraud check), as well as in the event of an objective reason to suspect the Partner of violating these Rules – request any information from the Partner on the provided traffic, as well as suspend payments on the account until the circumstances are clarified;
2.2. Temporarily or permanently block the source violating these Rules, including at the request of the Advertiser;
2.3. Block the Partner’s account in the UFFILIATES partner network without the possibility of unblocking and without paying for traffic provided in violation of these Rules.
