Consent to Personal Data Processing

This Consent is given upon registration on the website https://uffiliates.me (hereinafter referred to as the Website) by marking the field “I am familiar with the Personal Data Processing Policy and consent to the processing of personal data” and clicking the button to submit the registration form.

I, acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, confirming my legal capacity and reaching the age of eighteen, give my consent to the Limited Liability Company “Lid” (TIN 9710134975, OGRN 1247700475550, address: 117342, Moscow, vn.ter.g. 1. List of personal data

1.1. The data I provide to the Operator when registering and using the personal account:

— name (including pseudonym, nickname);

— messenger account (Telegram) as a contact method;
— account password — in a secure (hashed) form that prevents its recovery.
— the source (channel) of traffic and the preferred method of contact — if I indicate them at my discretion; filling in these fields is not mandatory.

1.2. The information contained in my обращения to the Operator and in correspondence with them, including through feedback forms and the chat on the Website.

1.3. Data processed automatically when using the Website: IP address; cookies; information about the browser, device, and operating system; date and time of visit; the address of the page from which the transition was made and the transition parameters (including UTM tags and affiliate link identifiers); information about my actions on the Website.

1.4. I do not provide the Operator with special categories of personal data (information about health status, nationality, political views, religious beliefs, intimate life) and biometric personal data, and this Consent does not apply to them.

2. Processing purposes

2.1. I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

— reviewing my registration application and making a decision on granting access to the Operator’s partner program;
— my registration and authorization on the Website, managing my personal account, and restoring access to my account;
— contacting me regarding the operation of the Website and participation in the partner program — via email, phone, and messengers — and processing my inquiries.
— conclusion and execution of an agreement on participation in the partner program, accounting for the results of my work as a partner, conducting calculations, and resolving disagreements;

— improving the operation of the Website and analyzing its traffic;
— the Operator’s fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.2. The processing of personal data for other purposes is not covered by this Consent.

2.3. This Consent does not cover the sending of informational and promotional messages to me. Consent to receive such messages is given by a separate checkmark in the registration form, is voluntary, may be revoked independently of this Consent, and does not affect the possibility of my registration and use of the Website.

3. List of actions with personal data and methods of processing

4. Assignment of processing to third parties

4.1. I agree that the Operator has the right to entrust the processing of my personal data to third parties involved in ensuring the operation of the Website and the partner program, to the extent necessary for the provision of relevant services, and subject to confidentiality and personal data protection requirements. These entities include: a provider of cloud infrastructure and backup storage; a web analytics service; an online consultant service (chat on the Website); a platform for tracking partner traffic and settlements with partners.

4.2. The Operator is liable to the subject of personal data for the actions of the specified persons.
